Lorax Easter Egg
Orange plastic Easter eggs
Yellow pipe cleaners
As mentioned we were able to find everything here at our local dollar store. You will have plenty to make several of these Lorax eggs if you wish, making this a fun and frugal craft to do with a group of children or even a classroom.
1. Begin by gluing the googly eyes onto the face of the egg. Just add a dab of glue and press the eyes to the egg until dry.
2. Cut the pipe cleaner in half. Take one half and fold it in half again. This will be your mustache. Bend it to look like a mustache so the sides are going downward. Add a dab of glue and press it to the face of the Lorax.
3. Take the second half of your pipe cleaner and cut it in half again. These will be your eyebrows. Fold each segment in half and add a dab of glue. Press them to the face of the Lorax right above the googly eyes.
There you have it! Your Lorax Easter egg is now complete. Gather your supplies from your local dollar store and try crafting your own. It is a fun way to get into Easter and the spirit of Dr. Seuss!
